March 2018

Over 1500 people attended 2018's Youth Marketing Strategy Conference in London last week, with representatives from a range of youth marketing specialists, brands and agencies. With clients in the education and retail sectors, we gained invaluable insights into youth marketing that will undoubtedly have a positive impact on our work in marketing campaigns, brand strategy and digital spaces going forward.

The talks varied from student and influencer panels, to Snapchat, Love Island and more specific stages such as the Innovation stage. Throughout the talks, consistently key themes were the importance of digital marketing, influencers and showing authenticity in modern brands, with 94% of Gen Z believing that brands should be completely honest.

In between talks, we were never short of entertainment with the range of games and activities; the Icon 2-a-side Table Football Tournament in particular became quite intense.

We’re looking forward to implementing these new insights into our work to set our clients apart from their competition. Interested in seeing our work or finding out more? Get in touch or view our portfolio here.
