We're Hiring! - Graphic Designer Wanted



We've got a rare opening to join Icon.


If you’re a junior graphic designer or fresh out of university, ambitious and bursting with ideas, get in touch. You'll be working as part of an established team based in our chapel studio in Bassaleg.


Who we're looking for:

We're looking for the right person with the right attitude, regardless of experience.

An ideas-based creative, you’ll need to demonstrate solid research and strategy in delivering meaningful creative.


Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills are essential with experience of Adobe After Effects a bonus.


Your layout and artwork skills will be good but we’ll work with you to build them.


You will be asked to contribute creative ideas and concepts for client briefs including branding, campaign and website projects.


You will be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.


You'll be a good communicator both verbally and written. You should be passionate about your work and be able to clearly demonstrate your thought process to senior team members and then to the client.

The position is full time and permanent, based 5 days a week in our beautiful chapel studio in Bassaleg, Newport complete with cosy kitchen and sunny garden.


We have some fantastic clients from the private and public sector with a particular focus on education, arts, retail and regeneration but these are not exclusive!
