Swansea University UG recruitment campaign
It's back to university for us. With our previous #makingwaves campaign doing great things for Swansea's undergraduate recruitment, it was time to think afresh for their subsequent three-year campaign.
The greatest assets of any educational establishment are the talented people who work and study there. Building on the award-winning success of #makingwaves, our new three-year undergraduate campaign focuses on the success stories of Swansea students, staff and alumni. Through social media, we found our ambassadors, then set about telling their stories through memorable photography and compelling words.
The realness of the models, their ambitions and achievements, gives the campaign an aspirational quality with real impact. Rolled out across print, digital, outdoor, events and more, the concept also formed the basis of the TV ad campaign. And it's worked beautifully, creating a buzz and significantly increasing open day bookings. Proof that with an open mind and some creative thinking, you can always make a good thing even better.
